Metpro's managing director Mark Fiddy said: "Having been involved in the success of this great brand as its manufacturing partner since its inception, we are thrilled at the opportunity to build on this legacy and continue to provide the same levels of product quality and service that customers expect.

"A key aspect of our growth strategy and commitment to providing ongoing support to the industry, we will be adopting the Demon Cato product range as our innovations brand.

"We are continually looking to expand and improve our product and service offering and have significant plans to enhance the Demon Cato range even further in the near future.

"We would like to thank (Demon Cato's owners) Mike Mearns, Dave Fairfull and Scott Cunliffe for trusting Metpro and giving us the fantastic opportunity to continue building the brand."
