A start-up business which supplies aerosols and sprays to the automotive industry has signed a major deal with AdBlue manufacturer Yara.
Emissco was set-up in 2018 as part of efforts by the Klarius Group of Companies to diversify its services and help to meet the growing demand from new and existing customers.
It specialises in the manufacture and supply of aerosols and sprays and operates from the same site as car parts manufacturer Klarius on the Brookhouses Industrial Estate in Cheadle, Staffordshire.
Now the company has won an exclusive contract with Yara to bottle and distribute its product for the 海角视频 and Ireland.

AdBlue is a fluid that is injected into the exhaust gas stream, helping to turn harmful emissions into nitrogen and oxygen.
It is designed for diesel vehicles from large commercial trucks to passenger cars.
The new contract will see Emissco carry out the bottling in-house and then deliver AdBlue to retailers, garage forecourts, motor factors and repair shops.
A recruitment drive for up to 12 new staff was launched at the start of the year, but has since been put on hold following the coronavirus outbreak.
Once the company becomes fully operational again later this year, Mark expects that up to 30 new jobs will be created at Emissco.

“We started shipping to Yara customers on April 1, and at the moment we have recruited people from our core manufacturing business to deliver the contract.

Yara is the world’s largest manufacturer of AdBlue – with 17,000 employees, operations in more than 60 countries and a turnover of more than £10 billion.
Its Air1 brand can be found on forecourts including at BP service stations across the country.
Emissco’s filling machine and logistics capabilities mean it can produce between 16 and 20 million litres of fluids ever year.
