The Coventry Telegraph & BusinessLive Business Awards saw some of the Midlands' commercial success stories recognised.
This year’s awards marked the 25th anniversary of the event and took place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
The event was given an extra special flavour by having broadcaster Jeremy Vine as the host.
The BBC Radio and Channel 5 presenter gave the proceedings a special personal tough by sharing his memories of being a trainee reporter on the Coventry Telegraph in the late 1980s.
As well as fulfilling normal host duties Jeremy regaled guests with stories from his time at the Telegraph.
Introducing the evening he said: “We have received entries from an amazing array from some of the best businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire.
“Our judges certainly had a difficult time choosing from such a high calibre of entries.
“To have reached this far in the process is a real achievement in itself.”

Jeremy thanked the event sponsors, saying that without them the event would not be possible.
The sponsors of the 2019 event were: Barclays, Birmingham Airport, BusinessLive, Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, CW LEP Growth Hub, Forest of Arden, Jaguar Land Rover, Orbit Group, Ricoh Arena and Wasps and Table Art.
In all there were 11 categories in this year’s awards with one of the category winners being chosen as the overall Company of the Year.
