Two Wiltshire firms listed on the London Stock Exchange have announced new moves at board level.
Renewable electricity supplier Good Energy has said chief executive Nigel Pocklington has taken on an additional non-executive director role at Mobico Group, formerly known as National Express.
Good Energy confirmed Mr Pocklington, who is also a senior independent director at digital transformation agency Kin and Carta, would continue to lead the Chippenham-headquartered business.

Mobico, which has its head office in Birmingham, said Mr Pocklington would take up his new role in August, with Matthew Crummack set to stand down at the end of the month, having served as an independent non-executive director with the firm for more than eight years.
Mr Pocklington was previously chief commercial officer at Price comparison giant Moneysupermarket, and before that held a number of roles with Expedia, the online travel company.

Elsewhere, Logistics giant Wincanton has appointed John Pattullo as a non-executive director. Mr Pattullo is currently a senior independent director with FTSE250 van rental firm Redde Northgate.

Wincanton, which also has its head office in Chippenham, said Mr Pattullo will also join its audit and nomination committees when he links up with the company in November.
Mr Pattullo was previously chief executive of Ceva Logistics between 2007 and 2012. Before that, he worked for Exel plc/DHL where he led its logistics business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while he earlier held a number of senior global supply chain appointments with Procter and Gamble.
Wincanton’s chair Sir Martin Read said: “We are very pleased to have secured someone of John's wide experience in consumer goods and logistics and as a non-executive across a range of other industries. He will be a great asset to the Wincanton board."
Mr Pattullo added: "I am looking forward to joining Wincanton. The company has an excellent blue-chip client base, a strong balance sheet and numerous exciting growth opportunities. I believe the business has real promise."
Wincanton, which serves clients across sectors such as retail, dairy and fuel, recently reported a drop in first quarter revenue, with bosses citing "ongoing economic headwinds and resultant lower delivery volumes".
