A fast-growing digital agency in Wiltshire is targeting a £1m turnover after buying out a partner firm and moving into new offices.

Milk and Tweed, which creates websites, logos and brand designs for businesses, has acquired fellow web design company Boson Media after three years of collaboration.

The two companies merged last April but now Milk and Tweed creative director Jake Jeffries has bought out Boson Media directors Steve Healy and Richard Anderson to create one business.

The deal comes as Milk and Tweed has relocated to a new base in the centre of Chippenham, the Avon Reach office development in Monkton Hill.

The business, which is on course for a record turnover of £500,000 this year, counts one of England's biggest grass roots football leagues, the Junior Premier League, and law firm Goughs Solicitors among its clients.

Company founder Mr Jeffries now has ambitions for the expanding firm to hit a seven-figure turnover within the next three years.

Mr Jeffries, who established Milk and Tweed in 2013 while working as a developer with a marketing agency in Bristol alongside his university studies, said bringing Boson Media into the group would help it to grow “even faster”.

The company is set to add to its nine-strong team, with an additional full-time designer and a digital marketer set to join next month.
