A luxury holiday resort in West Wales has confirmed a second phase 拢14m expansion that will see a further 30 lodges built.

Following the success of its sold out first phase owners of the Dylan Coastal Resort in Laugharne, 海角视频 Lodges, said its second phase will take the number of lodges to 103. The new lodges are being offered for purchase, with the investment option to sublet. The expansion will create a further 15 jobs - taking employment at the 100-acre resort to more than 100.

The 19 holiday homes initially launched in phase one, which was completed last autumn, were sold to investors and sports stars. Lodges in the latest phase to buy will range from 拢350,000 to 拢650,000. If any aren鈥檛 sold they will be rented out by 海角视频 Lodges.

Dylan Coastal Resort has been transformed over the past three years under the ownership of 海角视频 Lodges with investment of more than 拢20m creating high specification holiday homes, alongside Milk Wood House a spa, bar and restaurant, with panoramic coastal views. When 海角视频 Lodges acquired the holiday venue there were 30 lodges.

海角视频 Lodges owns three other resorts in Cornwall and the Lake District.
