Business information provider Creditsafe has thanked more than 300 staff by treating them to a three-day festival in west Wales.
The business turned Fforest Farm in Cardigan into a private festival offering live music, DJ sets, complimentary food and drink, and a range of activities.
The celebration followed Creditsafe’s relocation from Caerphilly Business Park to its new 50,000 sq ft headquarters at Cardiff Gate Business Park earlier this year.
As part of its expansion plans the firm is recruiting for a further 300 staff at its new Cardiff HQ. The company also has offices in Cardiff Bay, Dublin and London.
Chris Robertson, chief executive of Creditsafe º£½ÇÊÓƵ & Ireland, said: “This festival is a small token of my appreciation for my team, who have recently moved from our Caerphilly office to Cardiff Gate. Each year, we organise an event to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff, and this year we wanted to do something a little different by creating our own three-day festival experience.”
The company has previously taken its entire workforce on an all-expenses-paid trip to Alcudia and held celebrations around all its global offices to mark its 25th anniversary.
Mr Robertson added: “Cash bonuses or gifts are nice in the moment, but I believe there’s no better way to show my appreciation than by giving my employees a unique experience that money can’t buy and memories that last. I’m proud that we have such a happy team, with 97% staff retention. Our success simply wouldn’t be possible without happy people.”
