Vending specialist Options Management has acquired another business as part of its five-year plan for growth.
The Newcastle-under-Lyme company has been supplying refreshments and vending solutions – from table top drinks dispensers to full size vending machines – for almost 30 years.
Now it has taken over Hilton Lane Associates Ltd – trading as Boxlogix – as it looks to build on its recent growth.
Bury-based Boxlogix supplies snacks and drinks to the education and leisure sector across the 海角视频.
Now the company will be integrated into the Options Management group of companies – which already includes reverse vending business Recycling Options and Refreshing Options To Go, a full automated 24/7 fresh food and deli coffee shop and catering facility.
Paul Ure, managing director at Options Management, said: “This is a very exciting opportunity for both businesses. Both companies have similar cultures and synergies and share a passion for providing excellent goods and services.
“The acquisition will see us in a very strong position to continue providing a high standard of service to our clients and enhance our already established company and brand.
“Options Management will be able to offer Boxlogix clients with a wide range of equipment, including coffee systems, fridges and recycling machines tailored for the education and leisure sector.

Options Management – which is celebrating its 30th year in business next year – has been offering vending solutions to the education and business and industry sectors for almost three decades.
Today it is a multi-million pound eco-friendly vending business which boasts a 50-strong workforce from its headquarters at Silverdale Business Park.
Paul said: “We are the market leader in the schools and education sector in terms of vending and biometric catering systems and now we will be able to expand our client base with the integration of Boxlogix customers while offering clients additional products and services.”
He added: “The market is changing and there is more of a focus on eco-friendly packaging and healthy eating now.
“Over the last few years we have experienced major growth predominantly due to our sustainable offering and the fact we can cater for individual requirements.
“We also offer a closed loop solution for schools where we provide healthy snacks and refreshments and encourage recycling by offering to collect the recyclable waste.”

In the next five years, Options Management is looking to build a new warehouse near to its headquarters to help meet growing demands for its services. The company also expects to make another acquisition.
Paul said: “We currently have 9,500 machines out in the field and we expect that to increase rapidly because we are growing the number of customers we have by the day.
“We are seeing big growth in the education sector but all of the other parts of the business are growing as well, so it is very exciting.”
