Freddie Flintoff Enterprises, the company run by former England cricket star Freddie Flintoff and his wife Rachael to manage his post-cricket business activities, has reported a loss of £646,823 for the year ending 30 June 2024.

This comes after the firm posted a profit of £256,278 in the previous year, according to accounts filed with Companies House, as reported by .

The company's net assets also fell from £6.9m to £6.3m during this period.

Despite the loss, dividends of £325,222 were paid out to the couple, down from £450,677 the previous year.

Until October 2023, Flintoff was a director of Logik Developments, a construction firm run by his cousin Neil Spencer and business partner Tony Bhatti.

In 2024, Flintoff returned to television following a serious accident while filming an episode of Top Gear for the BBC.

In October 2023, the BBC reached a settlement with Flintoff over the crash, worth £9m, based on two years of lost earnings.

The corporation had previously apologised to Flintoff for his injuries in March 2023.
