Previous winners of a prestigious business awards scheme are urging organisations to apply ahead of the February 23 deadline.

There is now less than a month left to enter the StokeonTrentLive Business Awards 2021, which we are running in conjunction with our sister site .

The annual awards - which are being staged virtually on April 22 for the first time ever - celebrate businesses and individuals from across Staffordshire and parts of South Cheshire.

They serve to recognise the best in the business and aim to highlight the greatest achievements of organisations from across the region.

Now previous winners of the business awards are urging companies to apply across 13 categories.

Paul Dunning, managing director at Prosurv Consult which was awarded the Small Business of the Year award in 2020, said: “We chose to enter the business awards to recognise the magnificent efforts of all employees in our continued success. The awards are known locally by businesses and certainly help to raise our profile in Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

“This year was a little bittersweet as the pandemic swept the country, but by winning the ‘Small Business of the Year’ award we were able to keep morale high and our team focused during some challenging times for all.”
