TDR Capital-owned Arrow Global takes full control of real estate finance provider Maslow

Maslow Capital has backed the One Baltic Square development in Liverpool

An asset manager specialising in credit and real estate has taken full control of a real estate finance provider.

Manchester-headquartered Arrow Global Group has snapped up the remaining shares in Maslow Capital it did not already own.

The group initially purchased a significant minority stake in December 2021.

Arrow Global itself was taken over by TDR Capital, the private equity firm which helped the billionaire Issa brothers acquire Asda, in a £565m deal in October 2021.

Maslow Capital is headquartered in London and has backed landmark developments across the country.

The company will continue to be led by chairman Marc Rose and chief executive Ellis Sher.
