A Warwickshire management consultancy has been named the fastest-growing company in the Midlands in new research published today.
Cross 8, which is based in Henley-in-Arden, has been named the region's best in the fourth annual Sunday Times 100 countdown.
The annual ranking identifies Britain's 100 leading private entrepreneurial businesses and showcases the people behind them.

Cross 8 was founded in 2013 by Tobias and Wendy Robinson and focuses on helping organisations in financial services, infrastructure and utilities to improve how they operate, make better use of technology and save money.
The firm employs 15 people and made £7.7 million in sales last year which is 134.9 per cent average annual growth over the last three years.
Its client roster includes the NHS, National Grid and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The company is the fastest-growing of the eight Midlands companies to appear in the 2025 list and 22nd nationally.
To be included on the list, companies have to be registered in the 海角视频 and be independent, unquoted and ultimate holding companies.
Annualised sales have to exceed £250,000 in the base year and not show a drop from the penultimate to the latest year in which total sales must exceed £5 million.

The research found the top 100 companies had increased their sales by an average of 111 per cent a year over the last three years to a combined £3.4 billion in sales.
This figure is up by £500 million year-on-year, with the 2024 top 100 fastest growing companies achieving £2.9 billion in sales.
In total these companies employ 15,300 people, having created 10,500 new jobs in the last three years, with all of them planning further hires in the next 12 months - equating to around 5,300 additional roles.
Sixty-four of the ranked companies were founded in the last decade and approximately half trade internationally.

The fastest-growing company in the list is Glasgow-based sports clothing brand DFYNE.
