Companies across the whole of the North West have announced a range of top appointments and promotions over the last seven days.
Businesses with operations in the likes of Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and further afield have been in contact with BusinessLive since our most recent North West round up.
Businesses in sectors from as diverse as fashion, professional services, manufacturing and hospitality are among those who have made a series of moves in the last week.

In The Style
Salford-headquartered online women's fashion brand In The Style has announced a new chief financial officer.
Richard Monaghan, who is currently director of finance at Victorian Plumbing, will succeed Paul Masters in the role who is stepped down to focus on his health.
Most Read
Mr Monaghan has also previously been deputy CFO and group financial controller at Autotrader.
Mr Masters' responsibilities as COO will be taken on by CEO Sam Perkins.
海角视频AA
The 海角视频AA, the organisation for the 海角视频 Build to Rent sector, has appointed a North West chairman.
Dougie Orton Wade, asset manager at Allsop Letting and Management, has been appointed and will be supported by deputy chair Peter Grimshaw, sales director at Regal Blinds.
Mr Orton Wade said: "I am absolutely thrilled to be appointed chair of the North West Hub for the 海角视频AA.
"The region has been a driving force over recent years, contributing to the expansion of the 海角视频 BTR sector and I’m excited to work with likeminded industry experts to continue with developing the 海角视频AA and shaping the future of the industry.

Manchester International Festival
Low Kee Hong has been appointed as creative director for Manchester International Festival (MIF), as the organisation prepares for The Factory, the new cultural space which is due to open in 2023.
As creative director, Low Kee Hong will work alongside John McGrath, artistic director and chief executive and the rest of the curatorial team on developing the artistic programme for The Factory.
He will also lead on the future shape and programme for the festival, which will continue to take place across the city every other year.
Kee Hong is currently head of theatre and performing arts at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority in Hong Kong.
Assetz Capital
Specialist marketplace lender Assetz Capital has hired James Evans from Santander where he has spent the last 18 years as a relationship manager.
He brings corporate banking experience to the role and will be operating mainly in the Merseyside and surrounding area in the North West.
He said: "I’m really excited to get started with Assetz Capital to help provide 'real world' funding solutions to our customers.
"The company is really forward thinking which was one of the main attractions of joining."
Beyond Corporate Law
North-West-based Beyond Corporate Law has appointed Hannah Al-Shaghana as partner to support the growth of its real estate team.
She has worked in the real estate sector for over 14 years, encompassing all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and all landlord and tenant transactions.
She has experience working for a variety of clients including business owners, corporate entities, pension schemes and entrepreneurs in the industrial, retail, office and leisure sectors.
RSM
Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has appointed a new associate director in the North West.
Rob Adams has been appointed as associate tax director and will be based in Liverpool and Chester.
He joins RSM from Grant Thornton, where he worked as an associate tax director for 20 years.
Specialising in advising entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses, he brings with him over 30 years’ experience advising on corporate and private client tax issues.
In addition, corporate tax associate Ben Roberts has also joined RSM’s Liverpool and Chester tax team this month, after transferring from the firm’s Birmingham office.
Parfetts
Stockport-based Parfetts has hired Richard Fleming as head of operations (West).
He will be responsible for developing the delivered service for the Stockport, Aintree and Anfield depots.
Mr Fleming joins the business from Booker and will report to wholesale director Andy Whitworth.
Mr Whitworth said: "Richard brings a wealth of experience to this new role. He joins the business at an exciting time as the Go Local and The Local Brands expand throughout the North West.
"Our delivered offer, which allows retailers to order up until midday for next day delivery, is proving hugely popular with new and existing customers."
Fearless Adventures
Manchester-based investment platform Fearless Adventures has appointed Rachel McDonald as its first managing director.
The firm, founded by entrepreneurs David Newns, Dominic McGregor and Charlie Yates, hired the former CEO of Dentsu North to accelerate their client partners’ marketing efforts.
Rachel McDonald said: "The founders, hugely successful entrepreneurs in their own right, have an incredible vision for the company and so the potential for my role is huge.
"I get to help accelerate the growth of some of the most exciting entrepreneurs in the 海角视频, ones with global ambitions.
"And my team and I will make this happen in the North - a developing region that I’m so passionate about.

Roxtec
Cable and pipe seal manufacturer Roxtec has appointed a new process industries technical manager.
Renzo Schettini joins the Greater Manchester-based company after spending several years as business development manager for a manufacturer and supplier of cable glands and cable cleats.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in a range of sectors that include industrial safety devices (oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and OEM).
In his new role he will work to help to drive Roxtec’s business and its presence in the process industries, focusing on decarbonisation projects of industrial clusters across the 海角视频 whilst remaining committed to the petrochemical industry.
KPMG 海角视频
KPMG 海角视频 has promoted several people to partner in the North West.
In Manchester, David Harrison and Andrew Trasler become partners in the firm’s consulting practice, while Antony Whittle becomes a partner in audit, Heather Garrett becomes a partner in internal audit, risk and compliance services and Jonathan Downing becomes a tax partner.
Liverpool office senior partner Jennifer Lee takes on additional responsibility, as she becomes KPMG’s joint lead for corporate advisory tax across the North West alongside Jonathan Downing.
On the new partner promotions, Warren Middleton, office senior partner for KPMG in Manchester, said: "I’m delighted to welcome such a fantastic group of hard-working people with a wide variety of skills and expertise into the partnership here in the North West. It’s great to be able to recognise the talent we have in the firm and strengthen the partnership from within."
Maldron Hotel
Maldron Hotel has announced the appointment of Carl Davies as general manager ahead of its official opening in Manchester city centre in February.
The Dalata Hotel Group-owned site will feature 278 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, a coffee shop, fitness suite and meeting and event rooms.
Mr Davies, who originates from South Wales, has been working in the hospitality industry for 17 years and joined the Dalata Hotel Group in 2016.
Beginning his career with the Irish hotel group as food and beverage manager for Clayton Hotel Cardiff, he moved up the ranks to deputy general manager.
In 2018, he relocated to Newcastle to help open the Maldron Hotel Newcastle as deputy general manager, followed by a stint in London as interim deputy general manager at Clayton Crown Hotel.
Azets
Regional accountancy and business advisory firm Azets has appointed Alex Greenwood, Bernie Chiu and Craig Keating to strengthen its personal and corporate tax services offering in the North West.
Alex Greenwood has joined the firm as a senior manager from another professional services firm in the region. She is based in Azets’ Manchester office, covering the firm’s six offices in the North West.
Bernie Chiu joins as a corporate tax manager in Azets’ Manchester office having previously worked at several independent tax practices in the North West.
Craig Keating has been appointed as an assistant manager in the Bar team specialising in advising barristers with their tax and accounting matters.
UHY Hacker Young
The Manchester office of national accountancy firm UHY Hacker Young has expanded its corporate finance team with the appointment of new partner, Peter Williams.
Mr Williams brings with him a wealth of experience from PwC and other regional firms.
He specialises in advising business owners on a broad spectrum of services, primarily assisting clients on transactional requirements such as business disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts and buy ins, fundraising and private equity related deals.
He brings additional experience to areas UHY Hacker Young currently advises on in a variety of sectors such as technology, media and telecoms, manufacturing, infrastructure and logistics.
Tiger Trailers
A HVG trailer maker which works with the likes of B&M, Sports Direct and Home Bargains has promoted its finance director.
Tiger Trailers has named Ed Booth as its new managing director of the Cheshire-based group.
He said: "Joining Tiger Trailers last summer was an exciting step for me, and I have immensely enjoyed working with supportive, passionate and skilled colleagues across all areas of the business as finance director.
"It’s a privilege to have been appointed as managing director of a fast-growing firm that not only produces high quality products after listening to its customers, but also one that cares for its people, supports charities, and proactively helps to keep people safe.
"I greatly look forward to working alongside Steven and John, David, and everyone within the company, to deliver further growth and benefit other groups over the next stages of our journey."
MHA Moore and Smalley
North West accountancy and business advisory firm MHA Moore and Smalley has strengthened its tax team with a new senior appointment.
Ben Gill has joined the company as private client tax senior manager. Over the past five years, he has held roles at EY and Lancaster Knox where he advised high net worth individuals on a wide range of complex private client affairs.
He specialises in several areas of tax planning including overseas matters (such as residence and domicile), capital gains tax, inheritance tax and wider family succession planning.
Tax partner Tony Medcalf said: "As part of our strategy for bringing in niche specialists to our tax advisory practice, the continued development of our private client offering for high net-worth individuals, family businesses and business owners more generally, is very much to the fore."
