A new marketing and digital agency has been launched.
Angel Gaskell has created The Alternative to offer digital transformation, internal communications and social media among other services.
She is joined at the new Leamington Spa-based company by filmmaker and photographer Morgan Tedd and social media specialist Jaki Jelley.

Ms Gaskell co-founded Digbeth-based PR and marketing firm HDY Agency in 2018 with Heart broadcaster Ed James but she left the business ahead of its merger last year with Orb which created a new venture called Lunar. Both Mr Tedd and Ms Jelley also worked at HDY.
The Alternative has already started working with Birmingham manufacturer Mutt Motorcycles, Warwick adventure clothing brand Xtreme Robes and artist Christian Hook.
Ms Gaskell said: "This has been a transformative year in the making.
"Having run a successful content marketing agency, it was made clear that brand and customers needed an alternative approach, enabling them to maximise marketing output while not eroding quality of strategic thinking, creativity and efficient delivery or results.
"Marketing needs saving, the discipline is ever evolving and we are set-up to champion the need for the boardroom to recognise the immense potential of tech and creativity as we help businesses reshape marketing activation and operations."
