Zoah Consultancy was founded in 2023 and is based in London, but operates globally. The company has a core team and a network of freelance coaches, trainers, and consultants who work on different projects.

Describe your business in a nutshell. Zoah Consultancy helps leaders and teams think, lead, and thrive better by transforming workplace behaviours.

We specialise in communication, leadership, and mindset development, working with organisations that genuinely care about their people. Our science-backed approach equips leaders with the tools to create psychologically safe, high-performing workplaces where people don’t just survive - they thrive.

What inspired you to launch? I’ve always been passionate about behavioural science, leadership and making work better.

Through my experience as a coach, speaker and consultant, I saw how many leaders struggled - not because they lacked intelligence or technical skills - but because they didn’t have the behavioural tools to navigate leadership effectively.

I wanted to create something that didn’t just provide one-off training sessions but deep, lasting transformation. Zoah was born from the belief that workplaces should empower, not exhaust people - and that starts with great leadership.

How much cash did you use to set up? Zoah was built with a minimal initial investment - under £2,000 - because I wanted to prove the concept before scaling. I focused on securing high-impact client work first rather than spending on overheads.

Where did you get your funding? I bootstrapped the business from my own savings and reinvested early profits into growth. I also leveraged existing networks, speaking engagements, and referrals to build a solid foundation before exploring larger-scale investments.
