An Exeter-headquartered marketing agency has been named the best-paid media agency in the 海角视频 at the national Agency Awards. Launch also won Best Campaign for its work to drive global revenue for a British-based ISO provider.
The 海角视频 Agency Awards celebrate large and small agencies working across a wide range of areas, including creativity and design; digital and technology; marketing and advertising; and public relations and media.
In the last year, Launch has hired 13 new staff and won more than 15 industry awards achieved for its work. Its own revenue this year has grown by more than 50%, it said. The company has also opened a new office in Bristol and expanded its Exeter base to accommodate its burgeoning team.
The judges praised Launch for its focus on their people. They said: 鈥淟aunch is clearly a happy agency with great team morale. It is an agency that cares about the human element first and has big ambitions which they are delivering on in return on investment for their clients.鈥
Jaye Cowle, founder of Launch, said she was "delighted" with the awards.
She added: Our mission is to be the happiest performance agency. I believe that happy people do great work, and by empowering our team to do their best, we can get great results for our clients. So, I am absolutely thrilled that as we enter the final quarter of the year the whole team is recognised for their hard work.鈥
