Software firm Invosys secures multi-million pound finance package

Invosys is a wholesale provider of its own cloud communications software and platform providing telecoms solutions to business customers

Manchester software firm Invosys

Manchester based communications software provider Invosys has secured a £6.3m funding package from Santander º£½ÇÊÓƵ as part of its ambitious growth plans.

The funding sees Invosys overhaul its entire lender portfolio, choosing to consolidate its loans with a single lender.

The company has also moved all its day-to-day banking functions across to Santander º£½ÇÊÓƵ.

The consolidation of its funding means that the company is able to focus on building its customer base of channel partners across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ with its specialised product offering.

Invosys is a wholesale provider of its own cloud communications software and platform providing telecoms solutions to business customers.

Founded in 2006, in Manchester by Rob Booth and Peter Crooks, originally the º£½ÇÊÓƵ’s first specialist web-based portal for inbound call management aimed at SMEs, Invosys has more recently evolved to become a broader communications technology provider.

Invosys’ NumberManager platform is used by multi-national and international brands, as well as a huge number of SMEs in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ, Australia and New Zealand, and the company was named by the M.E.N as one of Manchester’s top 100 tech companies in 2017.

Rob Booth, CEO, Invosys said: “The funding from Santander will allow us to focus clearly on delivering our growth strategy and hitting our goals.
