Eyewatch Security is bringing forward its expansion vision, purchasing the entire building it has operated from a unit within.

The 22-year-old business, headed by Dean Bolton MBE, is based on Moorwell Road, Scunthorpe.

It provides all aspects of security support.

The entrepreneur who was recognised in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours, secured funding from Barclays to finance the expansion.

He is now aiming to increase the headcount from 13 as it looks to pass the £1 million turnover milestone this year.

Mr Bolton said: “We’ve been growing organically for some time now and with limited space in our premises it’s been difficult to plan for expansion. However, when the whole industrial unit where we are located came up for sale we knew the time was right to invest for the future and grasp the opportunity to have more space for the business to grow.

“Barclays funding has enabled us to secure the future of the business and have room to develop new lines and bring more operations in house.”

Services include residential and commercial 24-hour cover in the region, alarm and CCTV installation, servicing and repair, static guards, mobile patrols, perimeter protection systems, and much more.
