An IT company that supports SMEs with bespoke business software has triumphed at the 海角视频 Final of the Federation of Small Businesses鈥 (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023. Calipro Software, based in Leicester, picked up the Service Excellence Award at the annual event, hosted by TV presenters Clare Balding and JJ Chalmers, having previously won the East Midlands regional award.
The business, launched in 2015, provides software that helps firms get the best out of their IT systems. Service Excellence was the mostly hotly contested category across the 海角视频, and the award recognised Calipro鈥檚 commitment to providing personalised, tailored support to each of its customers.

More than 3,000 small businesses from across the 海角视频 entered FSB鈥檚 Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023. The 海角视频 final was held in Birmingham and followed area finals in each English region and devolved nation.
