A North Staffordshire mortgage company has developed a 'revolutionary' new mortgage system as part of plans to develop a 75-strong team of advisers in the next six years.
My Simple Mortgage has worked with finance giants Legal and General (L&G) to develop a unique process to help home buyers and movers get the best real-time answer to the big question 鈥 How much can I borrow?
The system 鈥 which was launched earlier this month 鈥 will be exclusive to My Simple Mortgage for at least six months, meaning they are the only business in the 海角视频 to offer the free service.
The Stoke-on-Trent company is hoping it will help kickstart its plans to develop a national team of 75 advisers in the next six years.
Director and founder James Adams said: 鈥淭his system is completely unique. We have been working with L&G to build a replica of a system which they were already using, and we鈥檝e adapted it and made it even better.
鈥淚t has taken us about 12 months to get to this point but we are now finally able to pilot it.鈥
James added: 鈥淔or the first time ever, customers can just punch their details in and they will get exact information on how much they can borrow, from actual lenders.
鈥淭hey don鈥檛 even have to speak to one of our brokers, unless they decide to take the process further.
鈥淭his level of information has only previously been available to professionals within the industry, so it鈥檚 really exciting.
鈥淭he system has access to 120 lenders 鈥 from the big boys to smaller brands which you may never have heard of 鈥 and 90,000 mortgage products.
鈥淭he best part is, it doesn鈥檛 do any credit checks, and you don鈥檛 need to enter your name or email address to get the answer. It鈥檚 truly a free gift to the public from us.鈥
Established in 2014, My Simple Mortgage 鈥 which specialises in mortgages and re-mortgages, home purchases, bridging finance, home insurance and finance protection services 鈥 enjoyed its best ever year in 2020.
And earlier this year, the company embarked on an ambitious recruitment plan which saw it introduce new financial advisers in London, Leeds, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Edinburgh.
Fellow director Mark Savill, who joined the business in 2016, said: 鈥淭he prime focus for us is to make the customer journey better, so we are really proud of being the first company to develop this system. It鈥檚 great for our customers and it鈥檚 helping us to get our brand out there.
鈥淲e have just had our best ever year as a business and that looks like it鈥檚 going to continue because there鈥檚 an upsurge in demand from people wanting to buy houses.鈥
He added: 鈥淲e have grown organically over the past five years and we鈥檝e now got to the point where we can really push on with our growth plans.
