Shortlist unveiled for annual chamber awards

More than 80 companies have been named as finalists across 12 categories with only one to be chosen as overall business of the year

The shortlist has been unveiled for the annual Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards.

The 2020 ceremony will recognise business excellence for companies across 12 different award categories.

Among those receiving multiple nominations this year are department store Selfridges, law firm Gateley and live events group NEC.

A total of 82 different businesses, from SMEs to large corporations, have been shortlisted in the annual event which takes place on March 19 at the ICC in Birmingham.

One of the 12 category winners will be chosen as the overall Greater Birmingham Business of the Year.
