Search for face of Custard Factory as it launches YouTube channel

The has launched a new YouTube channel that will showcase Digbeth’s successes, stories and hidden gems.

Auditions for the face of the channel will be held this Saturday, September 26.

Custard Factory is looking for two presenters who will have the opportunity to work alongside a number of production companies based in Birmingham, including , Media Dog and , all of which are partnering with Custard Factory.

Maverick TV’s, Jonnie Turpie said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding presenter to take their first steps into the TV industry.

“We are looking for someone who has a real passion for the creative and digital sector, and wants to kickstart their career in the industry.

“No experience is necessary to take part, though, so this could be a life-changing moment for the lucky winners.”

The channel will produce weekly content about the people and businesses who call Digbeth home. This content will be shared on Custard Factory’s website and social media channels.

Custard TV is our way to tell the stories of the businesses that reside here, as well as offering tenants and retailers a platform to promote their latest marketing initiatives. Digbeth is known as the creative quarter of Birmingham and it’s our job to shout about the innovation that is grown here.
