The results of the StokeonTrentLive Business Awards 2021

Businesses and individuals went head-to-head in 12 categories including the coveted Business of the Year award

It was a night to remember for technology repair specialist TMT First at the StokeonTrentLive Business Awards 2021 – after the company bagged no less than three awards.

The triple win saw the Newcastle-under-Lyme company take the Business in the Community award, the Science and Technology award and the coveted Business of the Year title.

But TMT First was not the only company to celebrate a hat-trick this year, as automation parts and repair specialist Radwell International Ltd also won three out of the 12 categories which were up for grabs.

Radwell, which is also based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, walked away with the Innovation in Business and the International Trade awards, while the company’s European marketing assistant Rosie Crowther was crowned Young Professional of the Year.

Other winners on the night included Stoke Chiro Spinal Health Centre who won the High Performing Team of the Year category for the second year in a row, along with Prosurv Consult Ltd which retained its title as Small Business of the Year.

A number of businesses made their debut at this year’s awards, including Acorn Training which picked up the Growth Award and ICI Architecture Studio which saw off strong competition to take the Start up of the Year category.

The Training Excellence award was presented to Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld and Moneyshake.com CEO Eben Lovatt was crowned Entrepreneur of the Year.

The penultimate award of the night was the Lifetime Achivement Award which was presented to Wrights Food Group chairman and CEO Peter Wright.
