A property consultancy has made a dozen promotions at its Leicestershire offices – including two partners – following a strong period of growth.

Fisher German has promoted Luke Brafield and Mark Gilkes to partners at its Ashby office, specialising in development and utilities and infrastructure respectively.

Agribusiness expert David Kinnersley, who works widely across the Midlands, has also joined the partnership.

In Ashby, Richard Gadd has progressed to associate director, Andrew Prideaux has been promoted to associate, Sarah Ellison has become a senior integrated systems analyst, Harry Fromant has become a senior surveyor and Karen Cunningham has become a senior administrator.

Richard Benson, Ben Marshalsay and Richard Broome have also progressed within the partnership.

In Market Harborough, Charity Shaw has been promoted to a farm consultant and Angela Williams has become a senior administrator.

The firm has made the promotions as part of its career progression framework, which gives employees a clear pathway to advance within the business.

The promotions come following a strong period of growth for the firm, which saw it merge with Birmingham-based company Vine Property Management last June.
