Private Covid-19 testing provider DAM Health to create 100 jobs

The jobs will help the firm expand its clinics across the country and internationally

A total of 100 jobs are to be created by a Liverpool-based private Covid-19 testing provider to support its national and international expansion of its clinics.

DAM Health has said the majority of its new employees will work at the new testing sites but a variety of new roles have been created at its Liverpool headquarters.

The move comes after it recently opened a national testing lab located in Liverpool’s Mossley Hill.

Earlier this month, the private health firm opened clinics in Marbella and Alicante and will open a new testing centre in the Czech Republic in April.

The news follows another Liverpool-based coronavirus testing firm investing a seven-figure sum in a move that will see its operations expand with the opening of three new clinics and 150 new jobs.

Roy Heatherington, who is leading the international rollout of DAM Health, said: "This is an incredibly exciting time for DAM Health and we are delighted to have created these new job opportunities which will support our continued growth.

"We have a brilliant team working under the expert leadership of Professor Frank Joseph.
