A popular Leicester business exhibition, which brings together firms from across the city and county, has been sold.
The Leicester Business Expo has been acquired by Your Business Expo.
Sheila Smith, who has built an empire of expos across the country under the Your Business Expo brand, has taken over the Leicester Business Expo from Karl Craig-West.
With a string of successful business exhibitions already under her belt in places including Northamptonshire, Staffordshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Sheila plans to build on the reputation of the Leicester event.
She said: “This is a hugely exciting step for Your Business Expo.
“I can’t wait to get started and bring more visitors and exhibitors to Leicester and watch them make new connections and acquire some new skills and knowledge from a variety of free workshops.
“The Leicester Business Expo has built up a fantastic reputation in the community over the years and has a really good website that will really benefit exhibitors and visitors.”
Mr Craig-West said: “I'm pleased to announce that the Leicester Business Expo is changing hands.

Sheila’s first Leicester Business Expo will take place at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday, October 13.
