Occupational health and wellbeing specialist PAM Group to create 100 jobs

An occupational health and wellbeing specialist has announced plans to create 100 new jobs.

Warrington-headquartered PAM Group has launched a recruitment to meet what it has described as an increasing demand for its services and to aid its further growth.

The roles are being created across the group’s operations, including clinicians, managers, client services and sales.

The group currently employs 700 people across the country and posted a revenue of £45m in 2022.

It is expected to increase its revenue to £55m during 2023 and is targeting £80m in the coming years through continued organic expansion and acquisitions.

PAM Group has been backed by private equity firm LDC since 2021 after it bought a minority stake.

The group has clinics in Birmingham, Blackburn, Chester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Immingham, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Elgin, Doncaster, Norwich, Oxford, Southampton, London, Warrington, Newcastle and Folkestone.
