Novus Property Solutions is celebrating a record year of winning work in 2021

National maintenance, refurbishment and compliance contractor Novus Property Solutions is celebrating a record year after winning £176 million of new work in 2021.

The company – which is headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent – says the last 12 months has been its most successful year for new contracts to date after securing its highest ever pipeline of work – and smashing its previous record by 70 per cent.

The milestone is part of an 'unprecedented' year for Novus and follows the implementation of its five-year growth strategy which was announced in June 2021 which includes plans to double profits and create up to 250 new jobs by 2026.

Spearheaded by CEO Steve Davies, who was appointed in July 2021, a key aspect of the strategy is to win high-value long-term contracts while maintaining 'excellent relationships with existing clients.

He added: "Novus' five-year growth strategy is certainly ambitious, but our success in 2021 has proved that we can achieve – and exceed – these goals.
