A Nottingham web design agency has secured a string of new project wins despite the coronavirus lockdown.

Strafe Creative, based in the city’s Creative Quarter, has reported it has secured five new projects since the lockdown, meaning the company has been able to retain all its staff on full pay.

The projects have been secured from clients in diverse sectors and include updates to a current client’s website who offer serviced offices, a new Hubspot website for a marketing firm and a new website for an adventure holiday company.

Ross Davies, a director at Strafe, said: “The projects will all bring significant improvements to our clients’ sites, ensuring that their potential is maximised during the current uncertain economic climate and beyond.

“At a time when budgets are tight, it is important that companies make the most of their existing assets and we are pleased to be helping our clients do just that with their websites.”

Strafe itself has used the lockdown to spend time revamping its own website to help attract more clients.

Ross said: “We decided to press ahead with the launch of our new site despite the Covid-19 lockdown as we know that, as with all companies, it’s essential that we continue to put ourselves out there online to promote our businesses.

“It’s vital that your online presence provides the best and most up-to date representation of your company, and as our previous site no longer did that for us, we decided to publish our new one live ASAP.
