A caravan park in North Wales is under new ownership. Lyons Holiday Park which has more than 20 parks across north Wales and Cumbria, has added Terfyn Pella Caravan Park in Denbighshire to its portfolio.
Property advisory firm Savills acted for an undisclosed private client vendor on the disposal, with the value of the deal also not revealed.
Terfyn Pella Caravan Park, located between Rhyl and Prestatyn, expands to five acres with 108 single static caravan pitches, of which 106 are privately owned. The park also has planning permission for 115 caravans.
Richard Prestwich, director in the leisure and trading team at Savills, said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e pleased to have completed the sale of Terfyn Pella Caravan Park in Prestatyn to Lyons Holiday Parks 鈥 two well-regarded parties in the sector. The park represents a rare and valuable opportunity to acquire a well-located and established holiday park on the North Wales coast, an area that continues to see strong demand for leisure and tourism.鈥
Family run Lyons Holiday Parks dates back to 1924.
