It now has offices in Manchester and the US alongside its Tyneside head office, and a recruitment drive last year boosted its specialist consultant number by 15 to 55.

Now the firm is expanding into Europe and adding 55 more employees to the team.

Emma Banks, managing director of ramarketing, said the company has yet to finalise the fourth office’s location, but Germany, Switzerland and Ireland are on the shortlist.

Further offices are then planned.
