A Stoke-on-Trent timber firm has changed its name after being acquired by one of the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ's largest sawmilling businesses.
In December, BusinessLive reported that SCA Wood Supply º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Ltd had been snapped up by BSW.
SCA Wood, which is based in Etruria, is one of the largest processors and distributors of timber products in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ with annual sales in excess of £145m.

The business operates from its Etruscan Street headquarters and has a further processing and distribution capability at its three other sites in Melton, Welshpool and Cumbernauld.

Now the 280-strong company has announced that it has changed its name to BSW Timber Solutions Ltd following the takeover.
A statement from BSW said: "BSW is pleased to announce that the new name for SCA Wood º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, its most recent acquisition, is BSW Timber Solutions Ltd.
"The largest integrated timber and forestry business in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ, BSW acquired the building and supply solutions division of SCA Wood º£½ÇÊÓÆµ in December last year.
"BSW Timber Solutions will continue to provide its customer base with quality products and service levels, delivering a combined package of timber solutions and security of supply for the market."
