New Kelham Hall owners prepare for Christmas reopening after previous management company went under

Trent Valley venue has been taken over by a new management team backed by A Shade Greener Finance

Kelham Hall

A Grade 1 listed stately home and park is reopening under new ownership this December after the previous management company went into liquidation.

Kelham Hall, a popular wedding venue with camping pitches in the grounds, ceased trading in June citing the effects of the pandemic.

Located in the Trent Valley near Newark, in Nottinghamshire, the historical venue will reopen in time for Christmas after being taken over by a new management team backed by A Shade Greener Finance Ltd.

They said it is being restored to its former glory and relaunched with a “glitz and glamour theme” in the run up to the festive season.

The business is also being given a new name – The Renaissance at Kelham Hall.

A Shade Greener Finance is a privately-owned commercial finance provider that offers flexible finance solutions to º£½ÇÊÓƵ businesses.

The management team includes business development manager Rachel Bill.

Ms Bill said: “The new management team, A Shade Greener Finance and I are delighted to be able to breathe new life into this beautiful and iconic building, as we work together to restore it to its place within the heart of the community.
