New jobs eyed by company which hands loyal staff £10,000 bonus

More than 20 jobs are set to be created by a specialist in kids, parents and family market research, which works with the likes of Disney, Sky and Warner Bros.

The Insights Family, which is headquartered in Manchester, is looking to recruit a further 22 people as part of its expansion plans.

The company is recruiting across all of its key departments including research, technology and development, data science, account management, business development, marketing, HR, recruitment, finance and legal.

The Insights Family's long-term incentive programme includes giving employees who have worked at the business for five years additional two weeks annual leave as well as a cheque for £10,000 after tax.

Founder and chief executive Nick Richardson said: "There is no doubt that we have proved to the industries we serve that traditional research methodologies are no longer fit for purpose.

The move comes almost a year after the company rebranded, launched a "game-changing" portal and hired a new chairman.
