Events group NEC has signed a new long-term deal to run its food and beverage operations.
The company is now working with Levy which will take over the running of food and drink services at its venues such as The ICC and Utilita Arena in Birmingham and buildings on the NEC campus in Solihull.
NEC said the new partnership would ensure better quality, more choice and a greater flexibility of offering, plus better tech aimed at improving customers' experiences.
Improvement plans include the transformation of multiple catering outlets, kitchens, and hospitality spaces across the NEC Group's estate alongside benefiting from Levy's greater buying and procurement power.

As part of the transition, 330 staff will transfer to Levy from previous provider Amadeus while providing access to new training, career progression and development opportunities.
Levy, which is part of Compass Group, already operates at some of the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ's best-known venues including Excel in London and Edgbaston and Villa Park stadiums in Birmingham.
