A company which specialises in making homes warmer and more energy efficient is backing our Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards 2020.
Midlands High Growth aims to tackle pressing issues such as climate change and fuel poverty through a range of technological and manufacturing techniques.
It is supporting our annual celebration of the apprenticeship movement by sponsoring the Construction and Property category, one of five individual awards to be presented at our awards which will recognise achievement across a broad range of fields.

Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards 2020
The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are back for a second year, in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham. The event will be held online only on Friday November 27, 2020 and will celebrate apprentices, employers and training and education providers.
The deadline to enter has now passed - - but sponsorship opportunities are still available.

The event will hand out a total of 11 separate individual and team awards including crowning our overall Apprentice of the Year at the ceremony later this week.
Midlands High Growth is a digital and advanced manufacturing in construction collective which provides retrofit and new home products aimed at being energy efficient and carbon neutral.
It works with industry leaders, local government, housing providers, commissioners, young people, tenants and homeowners to create community-centric products and services.
It also runs an employability programme called Digisheds which offers free access to digital skills development, specialist training in retrofitting and industry certification.

The awards are run in conjunction with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham campaign, an initiative launched in 2018 aimed at creating 1,000 new apprenticeships in Birmingham and Solihull.
