Cardiff-based Health and Her is poised for significant growth in the US with its menopause dietary supplements now available in more than 6,000 CVS Pharmacy stores.

Kate Bache, chief executive and who co-founded the business with Gervase Fay, said: “Health & Her first launched in the US in August 2022 with our supplements and app, and ever since then we have been rapidly growing our online and retail presence. We are currently helping tens of thousands of women and look forward to helping many more.

“Our collaboration with CVS marks a significant milestone to provide more women with the help they need when it comes to menopause. And at a time when the subject is gaining the spotlight it deserves in the States thanks to ambassadors like Oprah Winfrey and Dr Mary Claire Haver.

“We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with CVS and have exciting plans in place including the sponsorship of menopause documentary Four Days by Charles Mattocks, set to be released this Fall 2025, to scale the brand to support millions of American women.” Health & Her, which was set up in 2019 and was last year acquired by AIM listed Venture Life Group in a deal which based on performance could be worth up to £10m.

The firm’s range of supplements and an free app, offer targeted solutions designed to help women manage hormonal changes and enhance overall wellbeing.

According to Forbes Magazine the global menopause market is estimated to worth £600bn by 2030.
