A digital marketing agency has embarked on a new chapter after undergoing a management buyout.

Sam Hufton has taken control of Birmingham-based Pull the Pin following the buyout of business partner Ben Hanlin after the pair created the company four years ago.

It has since grown to 11 staff and is now working with clients such as Cheshire Jewellers, Hogarth Hotels and law firm Wright Hassall, offering services including social and paid media and customer acquisition.

The deal allows Mr Hanlin to focus on his other career as a magician and entertainer.

Mr Hufton said he was now targeting revenue of more than £2 million over the next three years.

He said: "Ben and I set up the business four years ago and what a journey it has been so far.

"We've taken an agency working from our kitchen table to a business that employs 11 people and is supporting some major clients.
