The executive responsible for production of Love Island, I'm a Celebrity and Saturday Night takeaway is to move to a Liverpool TV production company.
Helen Kruger Bratt will join Lime Pictures in the autumn, taking on the role of head of production for its unscripted º£½ÇÊÓƵ programming.
Ms Bratt is currently executive in charge of production at ITV Studios Entertainment, meaning she is in charge of delivery of programmes such as the popular ITV2 hit, which had its 2019 finale in July.
But she will now oversee production for shows such as The Only Way is Essex, Celebs Go Dating and Geordie Shore.
According to Lime Pictures, Ms Bratt was "instrumental" in the rebirth of Love Island for ITV2 back in 2015, "setting the blueprint for its success both at home and on a global scale".
Bosses said she worked closely with the commercial teams to bring the brand partnerships and commercial opportunities to light, driving the "huge commercial and ratings success" of the brand.
A statement from Lime Pictures' joint managing directors Kate Little and Claire Poyser said: “We are thrilled that Helen is joining Lime Pictures at this exciting time for the business.
"We have ambitious plans for the unscripted slate both here in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ and internationally and Helen’s extensive experience in managing programme juggernauts from pitch to broadcast provides us with the most robust support we could have to reinforce an incredibly strong creative team.”

They said Ms Bratt was "no stranger" to managing high-profile entertainment "mega-hits", and that her experience across daytime, lifestyle, factual and quiz programmes was "proven".
As well as the TV hits, she will also oversee projects for both Lime and its labels including the recently-established Wise Owl Films based in Leeds.
Ms Bratt added: “After many productive years at ITV, I'm thrilled to be joining Lime at a time of real creative success. Working under Kate and Claire's leadership, I'm excited to join forces with Sarah to help deliver and grow the business. I can’t wait to start and meet the team.”
