Legal expert goes it alone after clocking up more than a decade in the industry

Thirty one-year-old Suraj Rana has launched Sole Legal Services

A legal expert who has more than a decade of experience in the industry has decided to "go it alone" – to help businesses grow and succeed.

Suraj Rana started in the legal industry during university at the age of just 19.

Over the last 12 years, he has worked for a variety of firms all over the 海角视频, eventually specialising in corporate investment.

Now 31-year-old Suraj, who lives in Trentham, runs Sole Legal Services which offers a variety of services covering private equity investment, bespoke contracts and agreements and start-up law.

Suraj said: "I took a very traditional route into a very traditional area of work. I studied locally for five years at the Staffordshire University Law School, and worked for smaller firms around Stoke-on-Trent.

"After I finished university, I very quickly worked my way into more medium-sized law firms and within four years, I worked my way up to one of the biggest law firms in the world.

"With its headquarters in Washington DC, I had some great opportunities to work on big cases with some of the best experts.
