Outwrite PR
Mold-based Outwrite PR has appointed account manager Evie Shaw to support its client base growth.
Joining from a Manchester agency, Ms Shaw brings six years of agency expertise and PR experience in construction, sustainability, logistics, property and tourism.
The appointment follows organic growth for the firm as it recently partnered with Caulmert, Door Warehouse, and Tiles and Trims.
Ms Shaw said: "It’s an exciting time to be joining Outwrite as it takes on new clients, especially as Outwrite’s values and ethos align with my own, making it a desirable agency to work at.

Coleg y Cymoedd
One of Wales’ largest further education colleges, Coleg y Cymoedd, has appointed Jonathan Morgan as its next principal and chief executive.
Mr Morgan, who has served as Coleg y Cymoedd’s vice principal and chief operating officer for the past three years, will succeed current principal, Karen Phillips, when she retires in September 2022.
With over 25 years’ experience in education, including 20 years at Coleg y Cymoedd (formerly known as College Ystrad Mynach).

Mr Morgan’s tenure as vice principal and chief operating officer also included the overseeing of several major infrastructure projects, including the £3.9m refurbishment of the Rhondda campus in 2021 and the further £8.3m refurbishment of the Ystrad Mynach campus that took place this year.
Before working in the education sector, Mr Morgan was a professional footballer for Cardiff City Football Club with over 70 first team appearances in division two, the Football League, FA Cup, League, Welsh and European Cup.
Mr Morgan said: "I’m extremely privileged and excited to be the next principal of Coleg y Cymoedd. My last two decades have already allowed me to play key roles in helping the college go from strength to strength. This included including ensuring that we continued to deliver high quality education during the pandemic - a really tough time across the education sector – which our strong learner results have been testament to.”
He added: “The world of work is changing rapidly as a result of technological changes including automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. It’s important to me that our teaching helps learners to enter employment fully equipped with the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to succeed in their chosen career path.
“I had an unconventional start to my career, leaving school at 15 to start a football apprenticeship with Cardiff City. I was so lucky to have the opportunity to follow my dreams and play professional football for my hometown club before turning to education so I recognise that every learners starts their academic journey differently. This is why I believe it is essential to allow Welsh learners the chance to find the education and training paths that best suit their needs including apprenticeships and vocational routes."
Chwarae Teg
Gender equality charity Chwarae Teg has announced five new members to its board of trustees.
The new appointments will ensure the board is reflective of the wide range of women, businesses and partners it supports and collaborates with.
The new non-executive directors include Matt Davies, chief people officer for FinTech firm Target Group; and Carol Adams who manages RCMA Social Enterprise.
Stewart Owadally, community organiser and media officer at the Welsh Parliament, Kathryn Llewellyn, chief executive for United Purpose, and diversity & inclusion engagement manager at Evershed Sutherland Georgina Voogd have also all joined the board.
Sharon Williams, chair of the board, said: "In my role as Chair a key priority of mine is supporting the organisation to become the best version of itself when it comes to our focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. In order for us to truly have the impact on the organisation we are striving for, having the right Board of Directors is vital.

Harding Evans
Newport-based law firm Harding Evans have appointed Haley Evans as marketing manager.
The marketing professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ms Evans has worked in some of the leading public sector companies in Wales.
Ms Evans said: "Harding Evans have such a strong reputation within South Wales and are a firm that are really going places. I am delighted to be here and look forward to working alongside the team, to take Harding Evans to the next level."

Avison Young
Real estate adviser Avison Young has promoted two employees within its Cardiff office.
Jodie Al-Khafaji and Leo Llewellyn have been promoted to chartered senior surveyors.
Ms Al-Khafaji began her career as part of Avison Young’s commercial agency team and is now a member of the valuation team in the firm’s Cardiff office.
She said: "Avison Young’s valuation team has a diverse range of clients, making every day different and exceptionally interesting."
Mr Llewellyn started in 2021 with the firm as a member of the leisure team, specialising in valuation and agency services.
Mr Llewellyn said: "Since joining Avison Young I have inspected and valued a wide range of leisure properties from zoos to sports stadia. The Leisure team has significant experience and expertise, building on Avison Young’s reputation as industry sector leaders."
