A pharmacy chain has expanded its 海角视频 footprint with a buyout of a South Wales group.
Redditch-based Knights Pharmacy has bought out the Cecil Jones group in an undisclosed deal.
Established in 1955, Cecil Jones is a family-owned independent business which owns and operates four pharmacies across South Wales.
Knights can now count 98 different sites in its portfolio of community pharmacies across the country and this latest deal follows last year's buyout of Pearn's Pharmacies which also operates in the South Wales area.
Director Anand Sodha said: "Cecil Jones is another family-run group of pharmacies made up of teams that have patient care at their centre just like Knights.

The corporate team in the Birmingham office of law firm Irwin Mitchell advised on the deal.

The deal was backed by HSBC 海角视频 which has facilitated Knights Pharmacy's day-to-day banking since last year.
