All jobs at a historic castle hotel on the Wirral have been saved after it was sold out of administration.
Mazars LLP was appointed to oversee the process at Lawton Hotels, the operating company behind Leasowe Castle Hotel, before a deal was agreed.
The grade II-listed hotel "continues to trade as normal under the management and direction of the new owner".

No details have yet been revealed about who the new owner is and how much the deal is worth.
A Mazars spokesperson said: "Patrick Lannagan and Conrad Pearson of Mazars were appointed joint administrators of Lawton Hotels Limited on May 30.
"The sale of the Leasowe Castle Hotel business was completed on June 1.
"The business continues to trade as normal under the management and direction of the new owner. All bookings will be honoured and no jobs have been lost."

Leasowe Castle Hotel is located near Moreton and includes 47 en-suite rooms.
The business had previously been owned by Peter Atherton from December 2000 until May 2015.
It was bought by Bhupendra Gandhi's HDK Hotel and Leisure for a seven-figure sum before being sold in 2021 to Zlatko Andrejic's Zams Hotela & Hospitality.
Mr Andrejic is an Australian national who lives in Serbia and is Lawton Hotel's sole director.
Lawton Hotels is currently facing a compulsory strike-off notice from Companies House for filing its account late.
Its results for the year to March 31, 2022, were due to have been submitted by March 31, 2023.
No change of significant control documents have yet been filed with Companies House.

According to its website, Leasowe Castle was originally built in 1593 by Ferdinand Stanley, 5th Earl of Derby, who had a place in the line of succession to the English throne.
The castle passed through several members of the family until it became Leasowe Castle Hotel in 1891.
It was bought by the trustees of the railway Convalescence Homes in 1910 and accommodated German prisoners during the First World War.
The castle was occupied by a matron, assistant matron, head gardener, maintenance engineer and various catering and domestic staff until to 1970. It lay derelict until 1982 when it was purchased and restored.
