The Insights People expands into Asia-Pacific region as growth plans scale up

Its client portfolio includes Amazon, Disney, Warner Bros and the BBC

A firm specialising in market intelligence into children, parents and families has expanded into Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and South Korea with its tech platform now available in 17 countries.

Manchester-based The Insights People has a client portfolio including global brands like Amazon, Disney, Warner Bros and the BBC, and said the latest expansion allows it to survey over 362,000 kids and 170,000 parents each year.

Founded in 2017, the company - which operates under the Kids Insights and Parents Insights brands - has also recently launched Media Mix Compass, a revolutionary media planning tool developed to help brands and agencies when planning, monitoring and evaluating campaigns.

The move comes after the firm announced openings in Australia, China and India.

Nick Richardson, founder and CEO of The Insights People, said: “This represents an important development for us as a business, as we have experienced significant demand for our services in this region.

"Initially we will be running all of our Asia-Pacific operations from the º£½ÇÊÓƵ initially, but we will be looking to launch an office in the region later this year.”

Data collection in the new region started last month, so the first reports for both Kids Insights and Parents Insights will be due in May.
