A North Lincolnshire estate agent says it has big ambitions having built a £7.5m portfolio of listings.
Barratt-Needham & Clark Limited was launched earlier this year, based out of Barton-upon-Humber, following a kickstart grant from º£½ÇÊÓƵSE. The firm is the work of Graham Barratt-Needham and longstanding friend and associate Diana Clark, who is an experienced estate agent.
Having returned after eight years spent in Spain, Mr Barratt-Needham's was introduced to the industry having purchased property of his own and landing a part-time position at agency Keller Williams. Using the º£½ÇÊÓƵSE funding, the firm created artwork for sale boards, business cards and promotional leaflets for surrounding areas.

Barratt-Needham & Clark, which now employs two photographers, says it specialises in seeking out the distinctive points of each home, creating unique listing photography with personally set-up houseware, and videos featuring anything from pianist solos to quirky hedgehog houses.
Mr Needham said: "I didn’t expect to fall into the property sector, it has really changed my outlook and what is now a massive passion of mine is able to bring joy to others. Looking to the future, we would ideally have a viewing agent onboarded and potentially look at going into long-term rental properties.
"We are incredibly grateful for the grant which has allowed us to boost our advertising power regionally."
Steve Lyon, area manager at º£½ÇÊÓƵSE, added: "Grahame’s achievements after just three months are commendable. It is truly impressive to witness the company's success following funding from º£½ÇÊÓƵSE, and we are proud to support Grahame on his venture, we wish him all the best for the future."
º£½ÇÊÓƵSE also provides loan and equity finance of up to £1.5m to growing existing companies, particularly those creating jobs.
