Former F1 International event account manager Brogan will support clients with their key projects as sales account manager.
And Ellie joins from digital agency Hallam as Purpose Media鈥檚 head of digital and strategy.
She said: 鈥淧urpose Media has great plans to grow in the next few years. It鈥檚 an exciting time to be in digital marketing and there are new innovations coming through that we can use to shape our clients鈥 strategies.
鈥淚鈥檓 really excited to get started and see what we can achieve.鈥
Managing director Matt Wheatcroft said: 鈥淧urpose Media started in a recession and while many businesses would look to avoid taking risks or new recruits we know that鈥檚 not the way to survive.
鈥淟ooking after our customers and growing our digital offer is the best way we can make sure our clients come out of a crisis on top.
鈥淩ight now, we鈥檙e totally committed to ensuring people who work with us don鈥檛 just survive, they thrive."
