It employed 18 people, in 2018, the majority of which were based in its Plymouth office in Derriford, but it also has an office in London. Annual turnover increased by 41 per cent, year-on-year, in 2017 reaching £2.2million.

Mr Russell said: “We believe Optimus is unique in the world of affiliate management agencies, having successfully maintained both growth and reputation into our 14th year of trading.

“The performance marketing sector continually evolves which means we have to continually grow our knowledge and improve our processes and delivery. This means we have invested in new marketing technologies to deliver greater value and service levels to our clients.”
