Lisa Jones, client services director at DJH Mitten Clarke, said: "We're always on the lookout for stars of the future and nurturing talent at the very start of their careers is a key part of our strategy for building a high-performing team.

"Our people are our biggest asset and we've built a team that we're extremely proud of, many of which have been through our trainee programme.

"We work closely with colleges and universities to make introductions and build relationships, allowing us to identify the perfect people to join us early on. As the business grows it's important that our trainee programme does too."
