To share more about Poochiful and the puppy love behind the business, spoke to owner Ryan Lord, 39, from Burnley, Lancashire.
He said: "I welcomed Marlene into my home in 2020 and quickly discovered the high prices and confusing array of dog shampoos and dog perfume on the market.
“Marlene’s obsession with dirty puddles meant baths were a regular occurrence, and every dog shampoo out there was either very expensive or just cheap and ineffective.”

Frustrated by what he had seen and tried (which was pretty much every brand), Ryan began to analyse the market in more detail.
“With an in-house laboratory, skilled chemist and expert team - and of course being a lifelong dog lover - I decided to expand into the pet care business with Poochiful, under the Efinity umbrella.”
Earlier this year, the Poochiful brand launched.
Poochiful is a cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, pH balanced range of dog shampoos, conditioners and coat sprays that are kind to the planet and your dog’s skin.
Ryan said: “It was important to me to create products that did what they promised, and deliver them at an affordable price without compromise on quality."
