Gary Neville is eyeing a record year for one of the hotels he owns alongside Ryan Giggs.
Hotel Football is located in the shadow of Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium and first opened in 2015.
Mr Neville said that "all key performance indicators suggest" that the hotel's revenue will exceed pre-Covid levels by the end of 2023 due to "increasing demand, especially with non-match day revenue streams increasing through accommodation, conference and events and food and beverage sales within the outlets of the hotel".

The forecast was included in the latest financial accounts for Hotel Football which show its revenue increased from £3.5m to £6.4m in 2022 while its pre-tax losses were cut from £1.1m to £630,158.
In the final year before the Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel's revenue totalled £6.6m while its losses were £666,083.
For 2022, Hotel Football's accommodation revenue increased from £1.9m to £3.4m while its food and beverage sales rose from £1.5m to £2.7m.
The average number of people employed by the hotel also grew from 136 to 185.

Gary Neville, in a statement on behalf of the board, said: "2022 represented a turnaround year for the hospitality industry following the devastating impact of Covid-19.
"Despite variant's emerging in the early part of the year such as the Omicron variant, the hotel has managed to re-establish its financial performance at levels close to 2019.
"The director's commitment to maintaining the quality of the hotel, its team and the brand through difficult times has proved to be successful as the hotel continues to grow and experience new levels of performance.
"The fact that the team is largely the same that went into Covid demonstrates the cohesion within the hotel and has ensured that unlike the other parts of the industry, the hotel has not suffered with significant recruitment costs associated with a transient workforce or had to rely on agencies to full any vacancies.
"2023 is expected to be a record year for the hotel, as all key performance indicators suggest that revenue will exceed pre-Covid levels due to increasing demand, especially with non-match day revenue streams increasing through accommodation, conference and events and food and beverage sales within the outlets of the hotel.
"Due to the previous significant investment in the brand and customer standards, the hotel is well placed to increase its conversion of this increased revenue into profit as well as contributing further to the local economy and the environment.

Alongside, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, Chan Lay Hoon, a Singaporean financial advisor who oversees the investments of Peter Lim, is also a director of the company that runs the hotel, Old Trafford Supporters Club Limited.
Mr Lim is a Singaporean businessman who also owns part of Salford City along with the members of the Class of 92.
As well as Hotel Football, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs also own the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre.
According to its most recently-available financial accounts, the hotel's turnover increased from £1.6m to £3.9m in 2021 while its pre-tax losses were cut from £2.3m to £1m.
Its accounts for 2022 are expected to be published by the end of September this year.
Last month, BusinessLive reported that the business that ran the pair's football-themed restaurant in London had been formally dissolved.
Cafe Football was voluntarily struck off the register of Companies House, according to .
The move comes after the former Manchester United stars closed the firm's restaurant in 2019. Their site in Singapore remains open and is operated through a separate company.
The company's Café Football branch in Stratford, East London, was shut down in February 2019. The pair's site in Manchester city centre, which was run by a separate business, was closed a week later.
At the time, the pair said the closures would allow them to focus on the brand's hotel chain.
